This Sunday we pause our sermon series and welcome guest worship leader Rev. David Zaworski. Rev. David is a (semi) retired UCC minister, a member of Hillsdale Community UCC, board chair of Clay Street Table, and serves on the Central Pacific Conference Committee on Ministry. Rev. David grew up mostly in Corvallis, went to seminary in Chicago, and was blessed with 35 years of active parish ministry in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. David wrote a poem a day in April for National Poetry Month. This summer he'll be the sabbatical interim at Beavercreek UCC. Also, he has just been assigned a community garden plot…which will be all about trial, error, learning, and probably too much zucchini.
